Live calls in the inbox, webhooks, Instagram and Messenger car cards
Live phone calls and the contact-centre board in the inbox, webhooks and change feeds on the public API, car cards on Instagram and Messenger, sign-in with an email code, and comment replies in Russian and Tajik.
Team inbox
- Live calls. Where the contact centre is connected, a call in progress shows as a live card in the customer's conversation, and a Calls tab shows the contact-centre board: queues, calls now, wrap-up and breaks.
- Customer names. Edit the customer's name in the inbox; names are filled in from the DMS, the CRM and the conversation.
- Several photos at once from the inbox.
- A calmer layout: side panels collapse to slim rails that open on hover, and the header and customer card show less, more clearly.
Public API
- Webhooks push changed conversations and calls to the dealer's own systems.
- Change feeds: list every conversation changed since a given time, and every call in a period.
- Call transcripts, the number the customer dialled, and the team member behind each human message.
Instagram and Messenger
- Car cards with photo, price and specs in Instagram and Messenger conversations, as on WhatsApp.
- Connect a Facebook Page from Settings, with live events.
- Replies to comments under posts in Russian and Tajik, varied and aware of the keyword a post asks for.
Sign-in and channels
- Sign in with a code sent by email, including Yandex and Mail.ru mailboxes.
- Infobip joins Meta and Twilio as a WhatsApp provider.
- The Salesteq connector for Claude reads and drafts mail across a person's connected Gmail accounts.
Mobile app
Versions 1.1.4 and 1.1.5: right-to-left layout for Arabic, swipe between tabs, replies and reactions on WhatsApp messages.
