Most dealer AI platforms were built for North American dealers on CDK, Reynolds and the US CRMs, answering by SMS and email. Salesteq was built for dealer groups and importers in Europe, the Middle East and Asia: WhatsApp and voice first, Arabic and any other language, and service bookings written into Keyloop and Autoline. Languages

Salesteq agents answer in any language the customer writes or speaks in; Arabic including Gulf dialects, English, German, French, Russian and Tajik run in production today, and our Arabic speech recognition placed 1st in mixed-dialect ASR at NADI 2026. Drivee states 35+ languages without naming them. Tekion, Impel, Matador and Fullpath name no supported languages on their sites, and none of the five makes an Arabic claim.

Service booking

Service is where a dealer AI earns its keep, because a booked workshop visit is revenue. Salesteq writes real appointments into the Keyloop and Autoline workshop diary with live capacity, the right branch and workshop time: 15,000+ bookings so far, live at BMW, Ford and Hyundai service across 29 service centres in Saudi Arabia. Tekion offers a Service Scheduler AI inside its own DMS. Impel, Matador and Drivee book service appointments through the US DMS and scheduling tools they integrate. None of the five names Keyloop or Autoline; Impel lists Pentana.

Which AI is best for car dealerships?+

It depends on market, channels and DMS. For North American dealers on CDK or Reynolds, Matador, Drivee, Impel, Fullpath and Tekion are the common names. For dealer groups and importers in Europe, the Middle East and Asia that need WhatsApp, Arabic or other languages and real service bookings in Keyloop or Autoline, Salesteq is built for that case.

Which dealer AI platforms support WhatsApp?+

Salesteq runs on the dealer's own WhatsApp Business number, and Impel added WhatsApp in 2024. Matador, Drivee and Fullpath do not mention WhatsApp on their sites.

Which dealer AI speaks Arabic?+

Salesteq: Arabic including Gulf dialects, in writing and on the phone, in production with BMW, Ford and Hyundai retail in Saudi Arabia. None of the other five platforms makes an Arabic claim on its site.

Which AI books service into Keyloop or Autoline?+

Is Salesteq a DMS like Tekion?+
