Salesteq and Numa: service AI for which market?
Numa built its name on the US service department: AI that answers the phone and SMS, routes calls and books appointments, now extended into sales. Salesteq does service and sales for dealers in the Gulf and Europe, in Arabic, German, French and English, on WhatsApp, the website and the phone, with bookings written into Keyloop and Autoline.

When Numa is the better fit
A US or Canadian store on CDK, Reynolds or Tekion with Xtime, where the service phone is the bottleneck and the customers call and text rather than use WhatsApp.
When Salesteq is the better fit
A dealer group or importer outside North America: customers on WhatsApp, Arabic or German speakers, workshops on Keyloop or Autoline, and one agent wanted for showroom and service. That is what Salesteq runs in production, about 1,300 real customer conversations a day and 15,000+ workshop bookings in the DMS.
Questions buyers ask
What is the difference between Salesteq and Numa?+
Numa serves US and Canadian dealerships on the phone and SMS, integrated with the North American DMS and schedulers. Salesteq serves dealers in the Gulf and Europe on WhatsApp, the website and the phone, in Arabic, German, French and English, and books service into Keyloop and Autoline.
Is there a Numa alternative for dealerships outside the US?+
Salesteq runs dealership service booking and sales advisory in Saudi Arabia and Switzerland today, with bookings written into Keyloop at BMW, Ford and Hyundai service centres.
Does either work with Keyloop?+
Salesteq writes service appointments into Keyloop in production. Numa's published integration list (January 2026) names the US systems and does not list Keyloop or Autoline.
Can the AI answer the service phone?+
Yes, both work on the phone. Salesteq also turns phone calls into WhatsApp bookings: at Hyundai Saudi Arabia callers choose booking in the phone menu and get a booking link on WhatsApp.
