Changelog
Week of 23 October 2026
Finance in chat, dashboard channels, documents in the inbox, richer API
Customers can see finance terms and apply in chat, and dealers see Instagram, Messenger and answered comments on the dashboard. The inbox handles customer documents better, while the public API exposes media, attribution, presence and service appointments.
Customer conversations
- Finance in chat. Product cards can show finance terms and an application link, and confirmed applications are saved as customer facts.
- Richer vehicle cards. Showcase cards use colour photos and model images where available.
- Language choice. The website widget carries the customer's selected language into the chat session.
- Price formatting. Product prices use the local currency symbol and format.
- Safer replies. Customer replies pass a final check so internal tool text stays internal.
Dashboard and CRM
- Instagram and Messenger channels and answered comments now appear on the dashboard.
- Lead work. Sellers can take, mark and comment leads on the CRM page, and open the messaging channel from there.
- Customer visibility. Admins can hide a customer from CRM lists and counts, then unhide them later.
- Names and owners. Customer names and responsible people follow the dealer's CRM more closely.
Team inbox
- Customer PDFs open on a document page, with page previews in the chat and a download button.
- Document viewing loads pages as the person scrolls.
- Translations keep the paragraphs of long messages and return together for long chats.
- Customer documents are easier to open and download from the conversation.
Public API
- Customer media. Files sent by customers can be read through the public API.
- Attribution. Conversations carry web, referral and ad-click attribution.
- Presence. The API exposes team online status and online periods.
- Service appointments. Appointments include start time, reason, service line and booking source.
Access
- Removed team members are signed out across devices, and membership is checked again for connected AI tools.
- Account access follows workspace status, so active sessions end when access is turned off.
- Public widgets stay within their own chat surface.
