Integrations · Autoline

An AI agent that writes into Autoline, not next to it.

Autoline is the dealer management system behind many BMW, Ford and Hyundai workshops in the Gulf and Europe. Salesteq connects to it through Keyloop's API: the agent finds the customer and the car, picks the service products the job needs, reads the live diary and writes the appointment with branch, advisor and due-in and due-out times. The service advisor opens Autoline and the booking is there.

What the agent reads and writes in Autoline

Autoline objectWhat Salesteq does with it
Customer and vehicleLooks both up from the phone number after a one-time code, so the booking lands on the right record. Plate or VIN as a fallback.
Service productsMaps the customer's own words to the dealer's products and uses the workshop time attached to each one; several products add up instead of defaulting to a short slot.
Advisors and capacityReads which advisors a branch exposes and the free capacity per day, and offers only times that exist.
AppointmentCreates it with branch, advisor, due-in and due-out, service lines and customer notes. Moves and cancels it on request.
Repair orderAnswers "is my car ready?" and status questions from the order, not from a guess.

How it connects

Salesteq talks to Autoline through Keyloop's API gateway, the same way Keyloop's own partner apps do. Access is granted per contract and per dealer code, so a branch goes live the moment its code answers; nothing is installed on the dealer's servers and no database is opened. A dealer on Autoline needs its Keyloop contract code, the dealer codes of the branches that should take bookings and the service menu and opening hours each branch really runs.

The credentials identify Salesteq as the integrator. Which brands and rooftops they may read is decided by the dealer and Keyloop, branch by branch, which is why a new rooftop is an entitlement request to Keyloop rather than a project.

What the service desk sees

  • 01The appointment in the Autoline diary on the advisor it was booked with, at the branch the customer chose, with the time the products need.
  • 02The customer's description of the problem in the appointment notes, in their own words, translated where needed, so the advisor knows what to look at before the car arrives.
  • 03The booking confirmation the customer received by SMS or WhatsApp, with branch, time and a map link.
  • 04Changes made by the customer later, because the agent moves or cancels the real appointment rather than opening a second one.

Where Autoline sets the limits

The booking API reserves advisor time and service products. Labour codes and job lines on the repair order are maintained by the dealer in Autoline, so a symptom the customer describes becomes a product plus a note, not a job line. Products the dealer has set up with zero minutes cannot anchor a booking on their own; they ride along as additional services.

Most booking failures we see are configuration, not software: an advisor who left but still holds a diary, a service product missing at one branch, opening hours that do not match the diary. Before a dealer goes live we audit every branch for advisors, menu, capacity and diary, make and cancel real test bookings, and hand over a list of what to fix in Autoline. The same checks run afterwards and raise an alert when a branch drifts.

Live today

BMW, Ford and Hyundai service in Saudi Arabia book through Salesteq into Keyloop Autoline across 29 service centres, in Arabic and English, from WhatsApp, the brand's booking page and the phone menu. At BMW about 8 in 10 service bookings now come in online. The same connector serves the sales side: test drives and enquiries can be written into the Keyloop CRM as inbound enquiries that raise a task for the contact centre.

Questions about Autoline

Does Salesteq integrate with Keyloop Autoline?+

Yes. Salesteq reads customers, vehicles, service products, advisors and workshop capacity from Autoline through Keyloop's API and writes service appointments into the Autoline diary. It runs in production at BMW, Ford and Hyundai service centres in Saudi Arabia.

Is anything installed on our Autoline server?+

No. The connection goes through Keyloop's API gateway with access per contract and dealer code. The dealer grants it, Keyloop enables it, and Salesteq connects from its own infrastructure.

Can the agent book the right amount of workshop time?+

It books the time attached to the service products in Autoline and adds products up for a multi-service visit. If a product carries no time in Autoline, the booking uses the dealer's default and the audit flags the product.

Can it write labour codes or job lines?+

Not through the booking API. The symptom goes into the appointment notes with the product the dealer uses for it; the advisor adds job lines in Autoline as today.

What does a dealer need to start?+

Keyloop contract and dealer codes for the branches, the service menu and hours per branch, a named team for handovers and a test phone number with a car in the DMS. Website and WhatsApp go live in two weeks; booking follows once the access answers.

What about Keyloop Drive or another DMS?+

Service booking into the diary is live on Autoline today. Sales advisory, lead capture and the team inbox work without a DMS. Other systems are scoped per project.
