# Every call. Heard and scored.

**CallScope · call analytics**

CallScope transcribes and scores every sales and service call, and shows you the sale that slipped and the advisor who needs coaching.

Missed opportunity: the customer mentioned changing the car, no trade-in offered

● Customer satisfied

*Illustrative call, no customer data*

CallScope is Salesteq's call analytics for car dealerships and importers: every phone call transcribed by speaker, scored against the dealer's own scorecards and searchable, with missed opportunities, complaints and coaching needs surfaced call by call.

**The film**

Ninety seconds: every call heard, scored and turned into coaching.

### Jump to the second the sale slipped.

A customer says they are thinking of changing the car, and nobody offers a trade-in. CallScope marks the moment on the timeline and plays it from there, so a manager hears it in ten seconds, not ten minutes.

### Watch the standards rise, queue by queue.

The same scorecard on every call makes the trend honest: sales, service and complaints, branch by branch, week by week, against the target you set.

**Coach and learn**

### Coaching built from each advisor's own calls.

Each advisor's page shows the questions they miss most and the two calls worth hearing together. The coaching sheet prints for the one-to-one, and next week's calls show whether it worked.

## Also in CallScope

### Every call, transcribed and searchable

Sales, service, complaint and finance calls from your contact centre, in Gulf Arabic and English, split by speaker. Search any phrase, model, plate or name across every call, and jump to the moment it was said.

### Leads followed through

A buyer on the phone is a lead. CallScope shows whether the lead was captured properly and what happened next: called back or not, how fast, by whom.

### Sentiment and customer satisfaction

Add the questions you care about to a scorecard: was the customer satisfied, did the mood turn, would they come back. Every call answers them, so satisfaction is read from every conversation, not from the few who fill in a survey.

### Complaints caught early

Complaint calls on their own scorecard: was the customer heard out, did someone take ownership, was there a concrete next step. The unhappy customer surfaces before the bad review does.

**What it replaces**

## Stop paying for samples.

Dealers spend on mystery shoppers, outside QA reviewers and survey agencies to learn a little about a few calls. CallScope reads all of them.

| | Today | With CallScope |
| --- | --- | --- |
| Mystery shopping agencies | A few staged calls per branch a month, a report weeks later | Every real call scored, the same day |
| Outsourced call QA | A reviewer listens to a small sample by hand | Every call on the same scorecard, consistent |
| Customer survey agencies | A sample called back, few answer | Satisfaction read from every conversation |
| Managers' listening hours | Hours a week on random calls | Straight to the calls that matter, at the second |

Your numbers, your assumptions: a model to size the opportunity, not a promise. Extra cars = sales calls × share with buying intent × today's conversion × the lift from fixing what the calls miss.

**How managers run on it**

## A rhythm, not another report.

### Every morning

Abandoned calls and missed call-backs per queue, before the first customer is lost twice.

### Every week

Fifteen minutes per advisor: two calls, one coaching sheet, one thing to do differently.

### Every month

Branch and brand review: scores, opportunities captured, complaints owned, satisfaction.

### Every quarter

Scorecards updated as your standards and campaigns change; the next call is measured on them.

## Built for dealers and importers

### Next to your contact centre, not instead of it

CallScope connects to Webex Contact Center and Genesys Cloud, or imports your recordings. Calls arrive minutes after the customer hangs up. Your team keeps working the way it does.

### Arabic, including the Gulf dialects

Our own speech models, trained on car sales and service conversations: 17.4% word error rate on real BMW service calls in Gulf Arabic, against 21.5% and worse for general-purpose engines. 1st in mixed-dialect Arabic speech recognition at NADI 2026.

### One platform with your AI agents and inbox

The same customer across the phone, WhatsApp, the website and the showroom: CallScope sits in the Salesteq workspace next to the inbox and the AI agents, so a call and a chat are one history.

### European hosting, isolated per customer

Recordings and transcripts stay on European infrastructure, each dealer in its own workspace, with access by role.

**Case study**

## A Saudi multi-brand dealer group, every call measured.

[See the customer cases →](https://salesteq.com/cases)

The group runs its contact centre on Webex Contact Center and Genesys Cloud, across sales, service, complaint and finance queues, in Gulf Arabic and English. Before CallScope, quality meant a supervisor listening to a few calls a week; unanswered calls and missed call-backs were not counted anywhere.

Today every call is transcribed and scored on scorecards built with the group's managers, one per call type; the sales scorecard alone checks more than a hundred points. Every advisor has a coaching page, and every queue a daily count of abandoned calls.

What it made visible first: how many callers never reach anyone, which queues lose them, and which steps advisors skip most: the trade-in, the buying timeframe, the finance caveats.

Customer figures follow with the customer's approval.

## Questions dealers ask

### What is CallScope?

Salesteq's call analytics for car dealers and importers. It transcribes every phone call by speaker, scores it against your own scorecards, makes it searchable, and surfaces missed opportunities, complaints and coaching needs.

### Does it replace our telephony or contact centre?

No. It connects to Webex Contact Center or Genesys Cloud, or imports your recordings, and reads the calls. Your agents and queues stay as they are.

### Which languages does it understand?

Arabic, including Saudi and other Gulf dialects, and English, in production today. Our Arabic speech models placed 1st in mixed-dialect Arabic speech recognition at NADI 2026.

### How does it measure customer satisfaction and sentiment?

Through the questions you put on the scorecard, such as whether the customer was satisfied or the mood turned during the call. Every call answers them, so you see satisfaction per branch, queue and advisor across all calls, not a survey sample.

### How does it find missed sales?

The scorecards check the moments that make a sale: was a trade-in offered, was the buying timeframe asked, were finance questions answered correctly. A miss is flagged on the call, with the recording at that point.

### How does it help advisors improve?

Each advisor has a page with their scores over time, the questions they miss most and the calls worth reviewing, plus a printable coaching sheet for the one-to-one.

### Where is the data hosted?

On European infrastructure, each customer in its own isolated workspace, with access by role.

### How long does it take to start?

Once a queue is connected or recordings are imported, the first calls are scored within days. The scorecards are tuned with your managers in the first weeks.
